ABOUT THE DARIEN DYNAMO SOCCER CLUB

The DDSC is a not-for-profit club that has been in existence for over 25 years.  The DDSC has an outstanding history of providing the appropriate competitive soccer environment for boys and girls age 8 to18 through out the Chicagoland area.

The DDSC is well known for producing excellent players at the high school and collegiate levels by providing  Professional Soccer Trainer/Coaches  for each and every team in the soccer club. DDSC Teams compete in leagues and tournaments at the Local, State, Regional and National level

We are dedicated to providing youth programs in the Chicagoland area.  Darien, our central location,  is located approximately 22 miles southwest of downtown. The Club accepts applications from all over Chicagoland and has many players coming from neighboring suburbs and the city of Chicago to play in the Darien Dynamo Soccer Club.

The Darien Dynamo Soccer Club is pleased to participate with the Darien Youth Organization (DYC) soccer program  for kids in Darien and the surrounding communities. 

The Darien Dynamo Soccer Club is committed to the development of the whole child as it relates to physical exercise and sportsmanship. Darien Dynamo Soccer Club will provide the best training and support available for players, coaches and parents. The Darien Dynamo Soccer Club will encourage moderately competitive teams that play in less competitive units as well as competitive teams capable of State Cup Play or the equivalent.

The Darien Dynamo Soccer Club philosophy is to create an environment where each player can:

     enjoy themselves playing competitive soccer at various levels,
     develop new friendships,
     learn sportsmanship,
     play to the best of their abilities,
     gain personal confidence and pride,
     acquire team spirit,
     set objectives and strive to attain them,
     and to build character.
 
Our goal is to help bring out the best in our community's youth, on and off the soccer field. As parents, volunteers and coaches we need your help in achieving this goal. We are always looking for additional help in many different roles throughout the club.

Darien Dynamo youth from 2nd-grade (U-8) up through high school (U-18) are eligible to participate on teams. Skills assessment sessions for purposes of team formation are held each Spring, approximately in Mid-May, for the next Fall & Spring sesions.


The Darien Dynamo Soccer Club is a member of the Northern Illinois Soccer League (NISL) and the Illinois Womens Soccer League (IWSL) 

The Mission of the Darien Dynamo Soccer Club (DDSC) is to create an environment where Darien Dynamo's youth have the opportunity to develop to their full potential, in a high quality and competitive program, that allows both individual and team goals to be achieved. The Darien Dynamo Soccer Club follows and enforces a Parental Code of Conduct Policy as well as a published Trainer's Code of Conduct Policy.
